New
Build
Geotechnical
work is undertaken to investigate new development sites
and establish the construction requirements in relation
to the ground.

Geo-Environmental
This is the investigation of sites to
determine the environmental context, to look for specific signs of soil contamination or landfill gas,
and to advise on the implications.

Subsidence
This
is to look into the causes of structural problems in buildings
highlighted by, for example, cracks in brickwork. This
means identifying and agreeing from the outset the technical
objectives so that we can work in a focused way, making
it possible to modify the approach during the course of
the work, depending on the early findings.
We
aim to provide our clients with answers, not just further
problems.
